The surimi production process was developed in Japan several hundred years ago. By mincing the fish, then washing it repeatedly, "surimi" is created, a paste which is basically a concentrate of fish protein.

Mixed with other ingredients and steamed, the resulting products can be molded in different sizes and shapes, originating popular seafood products that can be found in cuisines all over the world.

Using the local resources and fish species, different kinds and grades of surimi can be produced, divided as follows:


Packaging: Polybag, standard size 2 x 10 kg per carton

Other packaging and/or weight can be prepared to meet customer's special requirement.
